Hopewell Counseling is an L.L.C., a Limited Liability Corporation. We are not a 501(c)(3), tax-exempt corporation. This means that we cannot issue tax-deductible receipts for donations. What this does not mean is that folks cannot donate to Hopewell Counseling. They simply would not be able to claim their donation as a tax-deductible gift on their income tax form.

Why does Hopewell need donations anyway? Good question. Many of our clients are either unemployed or underemployed and simply do not have the financial resources to afford counseling even though they desperately need it. We ask them to apply for financial assistance using a scholarship form. They humble themselves and comply. We reward their humility by providing a portion of their fee from our scholarship fund for as long as they’re in counseling.

Through the generosity of a donor, we have been able to sustain the scholarship fund for the past three years! That donor is unable to continue supporting the fund thus we need to turn to you. Can you help us keep the scholarship fund afloat? I hope so and so do the many individuals and couples who benefit from it. Partner with us in purifying the Bride of Christ and providing hope, help, and healing to the hurting.

Elsie and I urge you not to use tithe money designated to your church or ministries to whom you have made commitments. They need and deserve your generous support. Simply give to Hopewell as the Lord provides above and beyond your commitments. You can make checks payable to “Hopewell Counseling” and send them to our mailing address (P. O. Box 631, Osseo, MN 55369).

All donations will be gratefully received and deposited in the scholarship fund. You will receive a receipt acknowledging your gift.

Partnering together to help the Church become whole and holy,
